For construction and renovation work, I partner with trusted local builders and contractors, ensuring a smooth and coordinated process. I handle all the design-related aspects — space planning, materials, finishes, and aesthetics — while the contractor manages the on-site execution.

Yes. To secure your project in the calendar, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due upon delivery of design concepts or before your design session (depending on the service). This allows me to dedicate the necessary time and resources to your project from the start.

I work locally throughout the Costa del Sol. From Benalmádena and Mijas Costa to Marbella and Estepona, and also offer Virtual Design for clients anywhere in the world.

Travel within my main service area (Mijas Costa to Marbella) is included.

For projects outside this area, a small travel fee may apply to cover transportation costs. This will always be discussed and agreed upon in advance.
