How is this different from working with a designer in my home country?

I have on-the-ground access to Spanish suppliers, pricing, and contractors. I know which
products are actually available here, realistic timelines, and how to navigate Spanish building processes.

Do you charge travel fees?

Accepted Answer

Travel within my main service area (Mijas Costa to Marbella) is included.
For projects outside this area, a small travel fee may apply to cover transportation costs. This will always be discussed and agreed upon in advance.

What should I prepare before our first meeting?

Accepted Answer

To make the most of our time, please gather:
   •   Photos and measurements of your space.
   •   Inspiration images (Pinterest boards, screenshots, etc.).
   •   Your budget range and timeline.
   •   A list of any existing furniture or décor you wish to keep.

Don’t worry! I’ll guide you through what’s needed depending on your service.

How long does each service take?

Accepted Answer

Timelines vary by service:
   •   Designer for a Day: Typically completed in one working day (plus prep and follow-up materials).
   •   Kitchen & Bathroom Design: 3–6 weeks, depending on project scope.
   •   Furniture & Décor Sourcing: 2–4 weeks for design and sourcing; installation depends on supplier delivery times.
   •   Virtual Design: Around 2–3 weeks once all information is received.

I always provide a personalized timeline before we begin.

Question 5

Can you work with my existing contractor/property manager?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. I provide detailed specifications they can work from, and I’m happy to join calls
or WhatsApp groups to ensure clear communication.

Question 6

How do I pay internationally?

Accepted Answer

I accept bank transfers (SEPA for EU, SWIFT for international), PayPal, and Wise transfers.
50% deposit to begin, 50% upon design delivery.

Question 7

Can you visit my property in person if needed?

Accepted Answer

Yes! Property check-in visits are available as an add-on service. Many clients book one visit mid-project to verify progress.
