Travel within my main service area (Mijas Costa to Marbella) is included. For projects outside this area, a small travel fee may apply to cover transportation costs. This will always be discussed and agreed upon in advance.

Timelines vary by service:    •   Designer for a Day: Typically completed in one working day (plus prep and follow-up materials).    •   Kitchen & Bathroom Design: 3–6 weeks, depending on project scope.    •   Furniture & Décor Sourcing: 2–4 weeks for design and sourcing; installation depends on supplier delivery times.    •   Virtual Design: Around 2–3 weeks once all information is received. I always provide a personalized timeline before we begin.

Absolutely. I provide detailed specifications they can work from, and I’m happy to join calls or WhatsApp groups to ensure clear communication.

I accept bank transfers (SEPA for EU, SWIFT for international), PayPal, and Wise transfers. 50% deposit to begin, 50% upon design delivery.

Yes! Property check-in visits are available as an add-on service. Many clients book one visit mid-project to verify progress.
